SEPTEMBER 13

Never Stop
Verse 1
Here in the valley of my soul
When I am lost and all alone
Through the shadows I can see
Your love is chasing after me

Verse 2
You cross the canyons of my fears
Over the oceans of my tears
Like the wind that moves the trees
Your love is chasing after me

Pre-Chorus
No mountain higher
No river wider
My heart may wander
Your love will never stop chasing after me

Chorus
Your love will never stop
Never stop never stop
Your love will never stop chasing after me

Verse 3
You are the sun upon my skin
You are the moon that pulls me in
Closer than the air I breathe
Your love is chasing after me

Bridge
I see my chains unraveling raveling
All of my shame for victory victory
I feel my heart run wild and free wild and free
There is no place I’d rather be rather be

Amazing Grace
Verse 1
Amazing grace! how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind, but now I see

Verse 2
‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed

Verse 3
The Lord has promised good to me
His Word my hope secures
He will my shield and portion be
As long as life endures

Verse 4
Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come
’Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home

Verse 5
When we’ve been there ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we’d first begun

SCRIPTURE | Genesis 3:1-8
1Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”

“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.

Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden.

Beautiful Things
Verse 1
All this pain
I wonder if I’ll ever find my way
I wonder if my life could really change
At all

Verse 2
All this earth
Could all that is lost ever be found
Could a garden come up from this ground
At all

Chorus
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust

Verse 3
All around
Hope is springing up from this old ground
Out of chaos life is being found
In You

Bridge
You make me new You are making me new
You make me new You are making me new
